Yogi Mush*

Never mind the name…this mush is delicious! It's a low calorie, high nutrient meal that is great for getting clear, beautiful skin.


4 celery stalks

1 bunch parsley

4 medium-sized zucchinis

1 sprig mint

1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

1 cup cottage cheese or yogurt


  1. Steam celery, parsley, zucchini, and mint for 12–15 minutes or until soft.

  2. Add the pepper and then puree.

  3. Serve warm with cottage cheese or yogurt.
